COVID outbreaks shut Cherokee County schools

Cherokee County School District leaders announced Saturday that students will not physically return Monday for classes at three high schools. Rep. Scott becomes third Ga. congressman to test positive for COVID

Three Georgia congressmen, all Republicans, have tested positive for the coronavirus since October. The latest is U.S. Rep. Austin Scott of Tifton, who announced his diagnosis Monday.
