A bill that is part of Gov. Brian Kemp’s legislative agenda targeting human trafficking cleared the General Assembly Thursday. The Georgia House of Representatives unanimously passed Senate Bill 34, which would allow victims of human trafficking to petition to change their name without public disclosure.
