Albany City Manager Sharon Subadan gave many local residents something to cheer about, utilitywise, during an Emergency Management Agency update on Wednesday. “Utility progress continues to be steady,” Subadan said. “As far as electricity, the good news is that we have all 52 circuits energized and, as of 2 p.m., we are approximately 85 percent complete with power restoration with less than 4,000 customers still to be restored.”
