As Georgia and South Carolina await more vaccine amid growing frustration, providers in Augusta are expanding plans to reach out and speed up the pace of getting shots into arms once the vaccine does arrive. Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp said the state more than doubled the amount of vaccine it had given in the last week, from 206,900 to 423,011.
