Widespread cold rain spread across north Georgia early Saturday. And by early Saturday afternoon, snow started mixing with rain in parts of northeast Georgia. Another 15 counties in northeast Georgia, including a few metro Atlanta counties, have been added to Winter Weather Alerts. Meanwhile, most of Georgia is under a Flood Watch.
