Georgia has one of the highest uninsured ratesin the nation. And with Open Enrollment deadlines around the corner, time is running out to register for health insurance for 2019. Eligible Georgia residents can apply for private coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace by Dec. 15 or for Medicare by Dec. 7.
