‘My parents are in a Alzheimer’s & adult care facility in Rome, Ga. In Rome they closed the
North Ga. Regional Facility down and had to fine homes to take them to.Three men whom were diagnosed and tested whom positive for TB plus one of the men is a sex pervert to whom
they have to give shots to so he won’t rape anyone. Those of us that know about this are
afraid our family’s are not safe. When they brought them in the RN that has been there as
long as my family has been quit as a RN. Something isn’t wright, something needs to be done. The state had been there before they came there an wrote the up with six fines & 1
tag. All of this information has been given to us by several workers there. The state has not
been back to see if the home has taken care of the fines & tag. Like in Dalton, Ga. the State
was called in to a home and they found over twenty fines gave the home ten days to comply
and nothing has been done. The family’s retained a lawyer to repersent them and the State
won’t answer or return any of his calls. The family’s have stop paying the facility.

We would like to know what you can do so the the state will do their job on these matters.

Will be waiting to hear from someone that can help us please.

    Sincerely,
    Linda Caldwell
