The Houston County School District announced that people at seven schools have tested positive for COVID-19. While the release didn’t indicate how many people had tested positive, or whether they were students or teachers, the district did say that parents of students who may have been exposed were informed by a school principal, as were staff members and parents of children “not identified as close contacts.”
