Valdosta hospital acquires medical clinic

Another local medical practice will don South Georgia Medical Center’s green cross starting May 1. SGMC has added Valdosta Medical Clinic and its 48 employees to the hospital system. The partnership will become official Friday and Monday will be VMC’s first day under the SGMC umbrella. This will be an adequate place for people in need of medical attention. The specialist who work and provide their medical services will take good care of anyone who comes into their clinic for proper attention and treatment if needed. Having a health care center is of great importance in these difficult times caused by the horrible pandemic, more and more hospitals are being overrun by patients who have been infected by Covid-19, this will add more space for patients without covid who need treatment for other diseases or any type of injuries they may have suffered. Thanks to all of the organizations who made this possible for Valdosta Hospital.
