Hampton City Council OKs smoking ban in parks

The Hampton City Council approved a motion that would ban smoking in all city-owned public parks in the Hampton city limits. The motion was passed in its second reading at the council’s meeting on Tuesday with a 4-1 vote. Mary Ann Mitcham was the sole vote against the ordinance. Read the full article: Henry Herald
