Memorial doctor gets second vaccine dose

In a newly designated vaccine clinic at Memorial Health University Medical Center, Dr. Stephen Thacker took off his white coat and received the second of two doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine on Monday. “I think this is really what it takes to get to the other side of the pandemic,” said Thacker, a pediatric infectious disease physician who serves as Memorial’s associate chief medical officer.
