Georgia’s statewide COVID death toll rose by 137 on Wednesday, following a record high of 145 on Tuesday.  The statewide death toll now sits at 10,580, according to figures posted just before 3 p.m. Wednesday by the Georgia Department of Public Health. The confirmed case count for COVID-19 rose by 5,685 to reach 654,356.
