It was the First Day of School, Take 2. Well, Phase II, as Savannah-Chatham County schools welcomed kindergarten, first- and second-grade students, sixth-grade, first-time ninth-grade students and “least independent learners” back to in-person learning. Monday marked the first time since last March that students have been in school buildings.
