COVID death count of health care workers still inaccurate, report says

Bruce Davis died alone from COVID-19 in an Augusta hospital. It was in March. He was 90 miles from his Milledgeville home, his wife of nearly 24 years, their four children and the church he presided over each Sunday. Bruce Davis was a supervisor at Central State Hospital where he worked in mental health, serving Georgia inmates. For 27 years, he avoided calling into work sick unless his wife needed something.
