Marietta Schools mandate masks, aim to start school on time

Students in Marietta City Schools will be required to wear face coverings when they return to the classroom for in-person instruction on Aug. 4, according to an email from superintendent Grant Rivera. The email, sent to families of Marietta City Schools students Thursday night, outlined several updates for the return to school as COVID-19 cases spike in Georgia.
