There are more coronavirus cases in Gwinnett County than anywhere else in the state, following a spike in positive tests in recent days. Dr. Audrey Arona, the CEO and district health director at the Gwinnett, Newton and Rockdale Health Department, said the increase in cases comes about as more people are being tested in the county.
