

Churches in Albany delay live services amid COVID-19 increases

Dougherty County’s churches seem to be in no rush to open sanctuaries, even as Gov. Brian Kemp has given the OK for the re-opening of restaurants, tattoo parlors and other businesses in coming days. Kemp’s order, which rescinds many of the shelter-in-place restrictions, also would allow churches to resume services, officials said.
