Health department in Columbus area runs out of test supplies

The state health district charged with covering a 16-county area surrounding Columbus will not receive coronavirus test collection kits Friday after running out Thursday. Pamela Kirkland, spokesperson for the Georgia Department of Public Health’s West Central Health District, told the Ledger-Enquirer the department would not receive the supplies it thought it might get Friday.
