Harlem boy with rare disease remembered a year after his death

A seven-year-old Harlem boy who died after his battle with a rare condition is remembered for the positive impact he has had on others. Family and friends of Robert Dale Mills, III, known as Trey, celebrated his life by releasing balloons where he is buried at South Harlem Memorial Garden on Saturday. Some balloons were sent into the sky with special messages written on them for Trey.
