It’s been nine months since the Hands-Free Georgia Act went into effect, and Gwinnett County law enforcement agencies aren’t kidding around. According to a recently-published study by consumer research website ValuePenguin, in 2018, Gwinnett had the third largest number of distracted driving convictions per 1,000 residents in the state.
