In advance of Hurricane Michael, the National Weather Service has issued a Tropical Storm Watch for coastal Chatham County, including Savannah and Tybee Island, as well as coastal Bryan, Effingham and Liberty counties in Georgia and Jasper and Beaufort counties in South Carolina, including Bluffton and Hilton Head Island.
