While critics have hinted at a legal challenge to Augusta’s new smoke-free ordinance, such challenges are rarely successful and Augusta appears to have used model language hundreds of other cities have used, a national advocate said. Now that Georgia’s second-largest city is headed toward smoke-free bars, Atlanta may be next.
