Dougherty County Attorney Spencer Lee has, at the request of the County Commission, entered into an agreement with KBP Law of Atlanta to conduct an independent community impact review on what construction of a proposed Lee County hospital would have on Dougherty County, Phoebe Putney and the delivery of health care services in Southwest Georgia.
