Help us celebrate and move forward

This month, Georgia Health News is celebrating its fourth anniversary.

Throughout our first four years, we’ve done our best to bring you the news you need to keep up with a fast-moving health care system. GHN has covered topics ranging from the Affordable Care Act to the state employees’ health plan, from Medicaid to the CDC to public health problems such as synthetic drugs and Ebola.

We have covered the health IT industry in Georgia and the consolidation rampant among health care providers.

We have worked hard to build your trust in us as the leading independent news organization covering health care across the state.

This past year, we have expanded our footprint, forming new partnerships with other media outlets in the state. Our articles now are circulating more widely than ever.

But GHN needs your help. We are running our once-a-year online fundraiser this month to help with our operating expenses and expand our coverage.

If you enjoy our articles or use GHN as a way to keep up to date on health care in Georgia, please consider making a donation. It’s tax-deductible because Georgia Health News is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. (Our nonprofit status is key to our editorial independence.) A donation will help us continue bringing you articles that keep you informed.

You can either use the PayPal link below or mail a check to Georgia Health News, 2635 Rangewood Court, Atlanta, Ga., 30345. The PayPal link is also at the top of our main page.
