Consumer-friendly labels on benefits

Buying health insurance can be a baffling experience. But this year, every health plan will have to explain its benefits in a standard, consumer-friendly information label that will spell out what’s covered, what is not, and how much of the bill you’ll have to pay, Consumer Reports says.
